1.Introduction
PVC foaming regulator is a kind of super-high molecular weight polymer with multi-layer structure independently developed by our company. It is made of acrylic monomer by multi-stage emulsion polymerization. It is widely used in PVC extrusion with low foaming products.This product is white flowing powder, bulk density 0.30-0.50g/cm3, insoluble in water, ethanol, soluble in trichloromethane.

3.Application characteristics
Adding foaming modifier in PVC extrusion low foaming products can promote the gelation of PVC and improve the thermal strength and elongation of the melt. Improve the surface quality of products; The foams formed by the foaming agent are not only of low density but also of good strength.
This product is mainly used for PVC extrusion of low foam sheet, pipe and profile, and can replace k-125, k-400, pa-30, p-530, pa-828, 20F and other similar foreign products
